I’m looking for **property or shop space** where I can bring **junk, wrecked, or non-running vehicles** to be properly **dismantled and recycled**.
What I need:
* Room to **park multiple vehicles**
* A **shop, garage, or covered work area** (lift is a plus but not required)
* Space to **dismantle vehicles**, remove usable parts, catalytic converters, metals, wheels, batteries, etc.
* Access for **tow trucks** to drop vehicles off
Since this is a start up i would like the person that owns the land to get a cut of the profit
What I’ll be doing:
* Bringing vehicles I legally purchase
* **Dismantling and separating materials** (metal, parts, converters)
* Hauling remaining shells to licensed scrap yards
* Keeping the property **organized and clean**
What I can offer:
