This role is essential to our operations, and we are seeking candidates who are ready to take on physical challenges while ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Load and offload vehicles, preparing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Label products and work independently or as part of a team to pick, pack, and ship items.
- Safely relocate or repackage inventory items as directed, with a focus on items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Operate machinery and other light equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following all training protocols.
- Engage in physically demanding activities, including reaching, crouching, and bending as required by your supervisor.
- Work on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift.
- Be comfortable working in an environment with forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and various warehouse equipment.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Prolonged walking and standing throughout the shift.
**Additional Information:**
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a 9-panel drug screen and a basic and county background check.
