I’ve got a 1995 18.5ft stump knocker with a 2004 yamamerc 115 4 stroke. The inside decking has a couple small soft spots the wood will need to eventually be replaced. I’ve just gone through the motor changing the impeller kit, plugs, oil and filter. Motor has around 120 to 150 hours on it. I haven’t had it scanned to verify. The shift cable will need to be changed eventually as well the cable itself is broke. It works now but it is rigged. $6500 obo or trade. I’m not hurting to sell or trade. I’m just entertaining offers.
