I am a 24 year old female looking for a female roommate to share a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment home with. It is a very clean and spacious apartment (approx. 960 sq. ft.) with freshly cleaned carpets and freshly painted walls.

All utilites are included (Water, Pest, Garbage, etc.) except electricity. The electricity bill is about $55 a month, and then would be split between the two of us. I have wireless internet and would speak with a prospective roommate about possibly splitting that bill also. You would have your own driveway. This unit has a dishwashwer and I already have a microwave. I have a washer, but no dryer.

I would like to say a little about myself because I believe that who you live with is as important as where you live. I am 24 years old and a 2006 graduate of UWF. I got a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Theatre. I have since decided that I don't want to do PR (go figure :) ) and instead want to be a teacher. This year I will be substitute teaching and probably taking some classes at UWF.

I like working out, watching movies, going to the bookstore, cooking, spending time with close friends, and I try to spend as much time outdoors as I can. I like to go out on the weekends, but I also enjoy staying in from time to time. I usually go to sleep around 11 p.m. during the week and will have to wake up early during the week.

I think it would be nice to be friends with my roommate, but that may not happen and I'm ok with that. I am looking for a roommate close to my age preferably, and someone with a similiar sleeping schedule so we won't wake each other up.
